At NCC Rehab, we offer a full continuum of care to support every stage of recovery. Our programs are designed by experienced clinicians and personalized to meet individual needs.
Medical Detox
Medical detox at NCC Rehab typically lasts 3 to 7 days, with licensed medical staff on site around the clock. Withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, and other substances can be physically dangerous, so we provide continuous monitoring and medication-assisted treatment to keep you safe and as comfortable as possible.
Detox is the stabilizing first step, not the whole journey. From the very first day we begin nourishing the body and easing the nervous system — because clearing substances is only meaningful when it leads directly into the deeper work of recovery that follows.

Residential Treatment
Our residential program runs 30 to 90 days in a structured, restorative environment away from the triggers of daily life. Days begin early and outdoors, weaving therapy, fitness, nutrition, and creative work into a rhythm that rebuilds the whole person — not just the absence of a substance.
Patients live on our Santa Clarita campus with access to the aquatic center, nature paths, equine therapy barn, and music room, while clinicians deliver individualized care that treats the addiction and its roots together.
A Typical Day
Recovery here starts before sunrise, with fresh air and movement. Mornings outdoors set the tone; the rest of the day balances clinical work with the restorative practices that make it stick.

Outpatient Program
NCC Rehab offers two outpatient levels: a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) of 2 to 4 weeks and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) of 8 to 12 weeks. Both let you keep working, stay close to family, and apply what you learn in real life, while still receiving the structure of regular clinical sessions.
Outpatient care works as a step down from residential treatment or as a starting point for those whose home and support systems allow them to recover while living at home in the Santa Clarita area.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Dual diagnosis means treating addiction alongside a co-occurring psychiatric condition — such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD — at the same time, by the same coordinated team. Treating the substance use while ignoring the condition underneath it is one of the most common reasons recovery fails to hold.
Our psychiatrists and therapists integrate medication management, trauma-informed therapy, and our creative and nutritional programming into a single plan, so the whole person is treated rather than a series of disconnected symptoms.
